WITH CLAMS: THE CREAM CAKE CARAMEL
A simple recipe and Southern part-flavored candy, a recipe that is sure enjoy.
RECIPE: INGREDIENTS
5 PEOPLE:
For the custard:
1 liter milk 120 gr sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)
5 egg yolks
For the caramel: 100 g
sugar 1 tablespoon water
For the pasta:
4 eggs 150 g sugar
100 gr flour

PREPARATION:
Prepare the caramel

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. ..
Apart-Prepare pasta as follows:

Then add the flour, baking powder / baking soda / baking powder and add the glass that we had booked earlier preparation, mix all . Let stand 1 hour before removing tray and serve.
