Recipe: DUCK FILLETS

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PEOPLE:
4 chicken breasts /
duck fillets 2 tablespoons butter
2 shallots 1 cup raspberries
1 / 2 glass of rosé or white
1 / 4 cup heavy cream / double cream
salt, pepper
PREPARATION:
