Recipe: Bean Salad / BEANS / BEANS AND TUNA

Today I propose an easy recipe to make delicious and also very healthy, a sure recipe that you liked.

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS FOR 3 TO 4 PEOPLE:
1 can / jar of beans / beans / baked beans
1 jar / bottle medium of tuna in olive oil
1 stick of fresh celery
2 medium onions
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste Median
lemon juice

PREPARATION:

Clean and peel the celery sticks, the onion, remove the beans / beans / bean jar / bottle and wash them, put them through a colander, rinse and chop the parsley.

Chop the celery finely rod ....



Chop onions into thin rounds .....



Put the two ingredients in a salad bowl ...



Add the tuna with oil, beans and chopped parsley, mix .....







Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste (remember that the tuna and salt has so wisely ).....



and serve, accompanied by White rice is delicious!
